结构：
英那威特的rhg系列真空均质乳化机组由乳化锅（锅盖可升降、锅体可翻转）水锅、油锅、真空装置、加热及温度控系统、冷却系统、电器控制系统等组成。

工作原理：
物料先在水锅、油锅内加热、搅拌混合后，由真空泵吸入乳化锅内，通过乳化锅内的刮壁搅拌框、中心搅拌桨的双向剪断、压缩、折叠，使其混合向下流往锅体下方的均质器处，均质器转子高速旋转所产生的高切线速度和高频机械效应带来的强劲动能，使物料在定、转子狭窄的间隙中受到强烈的机械及液力剪切、离心挤压、液层摩擦、撞击撕裂和湍流等综合作用，物料的微粒化、乳化、混合、调匀、分散等于短时间内完成。而使不相溶的固相、液相、气相在相应成熟工艺的作用下，瞬间均匀精细的分散乳化，最终得到稳定的高品质产品。
乳化锅内可以抽真空，将物料在搅拌过程中产生的气泡及时抽走。
整机与物料接触部位采用优质sus316l材料制造，内表面镜面抛光，真空搅拌装置卫生清洁，符合gmp卫生标准。
work elements：
after the materials are in the water boiler and oil boiler to heating & mixing then draw into the emulsification boiler by the vacuum pump, then the scraped wall mixing box and center impeller cut off, compress, fold round to mix and flow the material to the homogenizer below. the high tangential speed caused by high-speed rotating rotor and the strong momentum caused by high-frequency mechanical effect make material in the narrow gap between stator and rotor get a strong mechanical and hydraulic shear , centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impacted tear ,turbulence ect, so the microparticulation, emulsification, mixing, equalization, spread of the material finish a short time ,in the corresponding role of mature technology ,immiscible solid phase, liquid and gas are instantaneously uniformly emulsified ,final get steady high-quality products.
emulsification pot can be a vacuum, bleeds away bubbles in mixing the material.
contact position adopt pt high-quality sus316l material make with supplies, the polishing of surface of the mirror of interior surface, mix the hygiene of the device in vacuum, it accords with the normal hygiene standard manufacture of gmp to adopt that is most ideal production equipment.
machine parts in contact with materials are made of high quality sus316l material, withthe inner surface mirror polished, vacuum mixing device is clean and measures the gmp health standards.
